Sugar Pushes New Heights
Some people say sugar is for eating but Chef Herbert begs to differ. In his floral masterpiece at the Marriott Flower Show Event in March of 2008, Chef Herbert adorned his succelent dessert buffet with a showpiece that towered 6 ft in height and showed how sugar artistry has transformed the world of pastry arts and pushed the industry to new limits. The new limits of pastry arts allowed Chef Herbert to lend his inspiration in creating a colorful masterpiece that had the audience saying Iron Chef. Chef Herbert built the piece on site in front of the guests and they enjoyed every minute of watching the piece go up.
