Pastry Chef and Entreprenuer makes sweet delights
Dana Herbert entered the University of Delaware planning to become a restauranteur and after graduation, went on to earn additional degrees in culinary and pastry arts. Today, Herbert is head chef for the Delaware River and Bay Authority and also runs a specialty baking business, Desserts By Dana. His custom made cakes and sugar sculptures are popular for weddings, birthdays, and other special occassions and have been featured in such magazines as American Cake Decorating
