Past Pastry Chef Dana Herbert from the Downtown Marriott in Philadelphia and owner of Desserts By Dana creatively put together a very attractive looking dessert using Chocolate à la Carte’s Ruby Heart Box. Chef Herbert added a wonderful touch to the Ruby Heart with shimmering gold dust. This elegant plated dessert creates an overall beautiful presentation.
